Responsibilities:

  • Maintained student files/records within the Student Management Systems such as Job Ready/Ready Apprentice;

  • Create and maintain employer and third-party records such as Job Active agencies related to student enrolments;

  • Facilitated archiving of student records; 

  • Ensured high attention to detail for processing student enrolments and course information in agreed timeframes;

  • Supported contact with prospective students for funding eligibility through programs such as DAWS, BAC, etc; 

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with operating guidelines under the Smart and Skilled Contract; and

  • Work collaboratively as part of the wider VERTO team.

 

Achievements:

  • Maintained communication & assistance between Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and State Government Departments such as Training Services NSW to help approve apprenticeship & traineeship contracts in a timely manner; and

  • Tracked data of trends occurring in the sector and communicated to the team on strengths & improvements.
